GAR Experts have strong references in managing key site operations with a track record of delivering safe, responsible and reliable operations in all market segments. HSSE Coaching &amp; Engineering Services provided by GAR are delivered through deeply competent consultants with a strong background in operations and management to mentor and lead individuals.<\/p>\n<p>GAR Experts will make sure to adept at simplifying complex concepts so the audience can adopt them in a pragmatic manner. Our role is to be an agent of change with a proven ability to influence all tiers of management and a thorough understanding of the importance of coaching and engineering of\u00a0SHE-S issues in order to help our clients\u2019 change the way they work when necessary.<\/p>\n<p>GAR Coaching &amp; Engineering Assistance brings an opportunity to make a significant difference within the\u00a0management\u00a0as an integral part of our clients\u2019 project team. Services within the context of\u00a0SHE-S Coaching &amp; Engineering include but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing assistance to the clients to develop and\/ or adapt the Project SHE-S Plans in full compliance with the applicable project requirements, legislation and regulations tailored to each contract,<\/li>\n<li>Coaching, support and develop the client\u2019s workforce that consistently follows\u00a0SHE-S Systems of Work to ensure an operation without any incidents,<\/li>\n<li>Providing leadership and motivation to the clients\u2019 team members ,<\/li>\n<li>Teaching\u00a0SHE-S procedures to the workforce,<\/li>\n<li>Developing \u00a0relationships with team members to create trust and respect,<\/li>\n<li>Identifying skills and\/or behavior that requires development,<\/li>\n<li>Observing, analyzing, and providing feedback on workplace behaviors,<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring continuous improvement of\u00a0SHE-S Performance,<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that the workforce is adequately briefed with regard to work plans, procedures, and practices,<\/li>\n<li>Complete pre-job site inspections,<\/li>\n<li>Review of Method Statements,<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the relevant risk assessments completed prior to the activities taken place,<\/li>\n<li>Management of\u00a0SHE-S Plans and audit schedules,<\/li>\n<li>Supporting Permit Applications and liaise with area authority to resolve any issues,<\/li>\n<li>Gathering field data and submitting weekly\/monthly\u00a0SHE-S reports,<\/li>\n<li>Representing and attending all SHE-S meetings,<\/li>\n<li>Management of all safety initiatives and campaigns,<\/li>\n<li>Attendance to all relevant Risk Assessment Meetings,<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out\u00a0SHE-S Trainings as required and ensure that training records are maintained,<\/li>\n<li>Investigating all incidents and accidents; implementing root-cause-analysis and communicate recommendations,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>GAR\u00a0SHE-S Experts delivers results and meeting customer expectations with a special focus on customer need and satisfaction; sets high standards for quality, monitors and maintains quality and productivity, works in a systematic, and orderly way; consistently achieves project goals, having good commercial awareness.
