This type of certification and permit are necessary for all electrical material \/ components for anti-explosives and intrinsic security that will be used in classified areas.\u00a0<\/p>\n

EX version instruments, switches, electric motors, EX electrical control panels and more are subject to this certification.\u00a0 For these certificates also, validity can be for a single shipment or for a period of three years. For the issue of a three-year certificate it is necessary to organize an inspection visit at the manufacturing premises by accredited Russian inspectors and to deliver the documentation requested by the Russian authorities.\u00a0<\/p>\n

For a certificate for a single shipment the presentation of the documentation requested by the Russian authorities is sufficient.\u00a0 The time scale for the issue of a GOST R EX certificate is 10-20 working days from the delivery of the necessary documentation and, in the case of a three-year certificate, following the inspection visit.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The RTN EX permit is issued after 40-60 working days from the delivery of the necessary documentation and in any case following the issue of the GOST R certificate.<\/p>\n
