GAR SHE-S Division has a team of highly experienced SHE-S Coaches & Engineers with a strong understanding of project and operational risks to ensure delivery of safe, responsible and reliable solutions. GAR Experts have strong references in managing key site operations with a track record of delivering safe, responsible and reliable operations in all market segments. HSSE Coaching & Engineering Services provided by GAR are delivered through deeply competent consultants with a strong background in operations and management to mentor and lead individuals.

Our role is to be an agent of change with a proven ability to influence all tiers of management and a thorough understanding of the importance of coaching and engineering of SHE-S issues in order to help our clients’ change the way they work when necessary.
GAR Coaching & Engineering Assistance brings an opportunity to make a significant difference within the management as an integral part of our clients’ project team. Services within the context of SHE-S Coaching & Engineering include but not limited to:
- Providing assistance to the clients to develop and/ or adapt the Project SHE-S Plans in full compliance with the applicable project requirements, legislation and regulations tailored to each contract,
- Coaching, support and develop the client’s workforce that consistently follows SHE-S Systems of Work to ensure an operation without any incidents,
- Providing leadership and motivation to the clients’ team members ,
- Teaching SHE-S procedures to the workforce,
- Developing relationships with team members to create trust and respect,
- Identifying skills and/or behavior that requires development,
- Observing, analyzing, and providing feedback on workplace behaviors,
- Ensuring continuous improvement of SHE-S Performance,
- Ensuring that the workforce is adequately briefed with regard to work plans, procedures, and practices,
- Complete pre-job site inspections,
- Review of Method Statements,
- Ensuring the relevant risk assessments completed prior to the activities taken place,
- Management of SHE-S Plans and audit schedules,
- Supporting Permit Applications and liaise with area authority to resolve any issues,
- Gathering field data and submitting weekly/monthly SHE-S reports,
- Representing and attending all SHE-S meetings,
- Management of all safety initiatives and campaigns,
- Attendance to all relevant Risk Assessment Meetings,
- Carrying out SHE-S Trainings as required and ensure that training records are maintained,
- Investigating all incidents and accidents; implementing root-cause-analysis and communicate recommendations,
