This certificate testifies that the products / equipment conform to Russian health standards and is required for all products in the following categories: foodstuffs, tobacco, chemical or cosmetic products that will come into contact with human skin, products and materials that will come into contact with drinking water, furniture, pharmaceutical products, equipment and machinery for domestic use, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, toys, clothing, and others.
This certificate can be issued with a maximum validity of five years and the time scale for its issue is 20 working days from the delivery of the necessary documentation. Depending on the type of product, samples may be requested for analysis and tests at an accredited Russian laboratory.
